My signature style is what I’m calling Dynamic Bodywork. It’s a combination of stretch therapy, muscle energy techniques and massage therapy incorporated with mobility instruction. Generally done with clothing on for your comfort, depending on areas of focus. All massage and bodywork is custom to your needs.

Movement Kinnection

   Kinnect Up is in part a movement system including free and membership based classes, featuring: yoga asana, functional range conditioning, animal flow, pranayama and breathe work varying in styles and functions.  Classes can be a combination of styles and flows, structured on and off a mat, bodyweight movement, props and equipment, varied levels of progression and difficulty and target specific as well; including: muscle/joint groups, handstand and inversion training, peak pose, transitional energetic shifting, feel good flows to just make you move, just to name a few! Find different video lengths and structure for any time of the day and whatever the practitioner may be looking for.

The purpose of Kinnect Up is to create advancements in strength, balance and flexibility and most of all awareness.  Being able to sense where the body is proprioceptively, learn to dissociate parts of the body and use your new internal awareness to kinnect up in complex movement patterns and create new forms and habits of your own.
